Angeles; and of course the Pacific Ocean Beach. I think I was on Malibu Beach, but
please dont hold me to it because I am not all that certain if that was the beach I
was on, but it was a fantastic experience nonetheless. I had never been to an ocean
coastline before, ever. Those were all great experiences for this ole country boy. |

My most fun by far was the day spent, yeah folks I stayed there ALL DAY, at NBCs
Universal Studios. Nothing but fun eating in the City Walk, watching movies,
riding rides, seeing the behind-the-scenes aspects of television and movie production and
creation. This place was moviemaking and fun 101 all rolled into one! I think that the

wanted to get back to that dual level Wal*Mart that I had seen earlier that day to check
it out as well. At first I had some trouble with the locals and some of the Kmart
employees helping me find that Wal*Mart store. About nine of the ten people or so who I
asked where it was, all of them told me that there was not a Wal*Mart in LA. |

I was thinking to myself, There is one because I saw it earlier! Finally, a Kmart |

way on over to support one of my favorite companies and to see how its LA store was doing.
The store was filled with people (packed), primarily Latinos (95%), prices were about
equal to those here (in Northwest Arkansas), which surprised me because almost everywhere
else I had been in LA everything seemed to cost about 30% to 40% more ... |
